VibeRoulette uses essential storage to run the site. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, retargeting cookies, or third-party analytics trackers in the MVP.

Essential storage

Purpose: Remembers your cookie choice
Duration: 6–12 months

Supabase auth/session storage

Type: Auth/session storage
Purpose: Keeps you signed in after you request a magic link login
Duration: Session or as configured by Supabase Auth
Required: Only if you sign in

vr_local_favorites

Type: LocalStorage
Purpose: Stores favorites on this device when you click Favorite while logged out
Duration: Until you remove favorites or clear browser storage
Required: Only when you use local favorites

vr_local_smashes

Type: LocalStorage
Purpose: Stores your Smash list on this device when you click Smash while logged out
Duration: Until you remove Smashes or clear browser storage
Required: Only when you use local Smashes

Optional analytics storage

Optional analytics storage is used only if you accept analytics.

vr_analytics_id

Type: First-party cookie
Purpose: Helps count return visits and connect events within analytics without using your name or email

Purpose: Groups actions during one visit

What analytics measures

If you accept analytics, VibeRoulette may measure:

  • Roulette starts;
  • framed site views;
  • approximate time the Roulette frame was visible;
  • Passes and Smashes;
  • favorites;
  • shares;
  • email-link actions;
  • original-site opens;
  • Teleport clicks;
  • iframe load failures.

We use this to understand how much traffic and engagement VibeRoulette sends to listed websites.

No advertising trackers

The MVP does not use Meta Pixel, Google Ads cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising cookies.

Change your choice

Use the "Cookie settings" options in our footer menu to trigger the consent banner options again and change your consent configuration dynamically.
